Having recently relocated from the Bay Area, I am a certified appraiser with two decades of professional experience. This notice is directed toward lenders, real estate agents, brokers, and investors. I am offering to complete your appraisal assignments in return for a reduction in monthly rent. If you are a property owner with rental units available, I can perform your required appraisals in exchange for more affordable housing.

My goal is to establish myself here in Southern California. My standard appraisal fees range from $375 to $500 per assignment; however, I will waive these fees entirely as part of a rental agreement. Should this potential arrangement be of interest, please reach out to me.

I am seeking a room, studio, or a one-to-two-bedroom apartment. I am a single 44-year-old woman with no pets, so I would be the sole occupant. I do not anticipate having any guests or visitors.
