Hello! I am seeking a rental space with utility hookups for my travel trailer. To clarify, I intend to reside in the trailer with my cat. I am a self-sufficient and dependable 33-year-old woman, and my 15-year-old feline companion is very well-mannered. While I do not own a dog, I am fond of them and comfortable being in their presence.

The ideal location for me would be anywhere within the region spanning from Woodland Hills to Riverside.

Rent Arrangements

I am flexible regarding the rental arrangement. I am open to discussing property care or maintenance duties in exchange for rent, contingent upon the hours required. Alternatively, I can pay rent and utilities directly, with a budget of up to $600 monthly, depending on the specifics of the space offered.
