We seek a motivated and enthusiastic person to become part of our team in the role of Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and Customer Service Representative. Primary Duties:
- Welcome clients, assist them in viewing vehicles, and coordinate test drives.
- Build and sustain robust customer service connections to promote customer loyalty and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to complete all necessary documentation and finalize transactions.
- Contact prospective customers via phone or email to answer inquiries and schedule viewing appointments.
- Partner with the sales team and leadership to improve overall dealership results.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in vehicle sales is advantageous, though not mandatory—we are prepared to train a suitable candidate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A genuine interest in automobiles and a desire to assist people.
- Driven, focused on goals, and ambitious.
- Must possess a valid California driver\'s license.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and evenings.
